Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are accepted for orders placed on www.siyaara.com.

1. About Siyaara

"Siyaara", "we", "our" or "us" refers to the jewellery brand operated by Bapna Digital Services (OPC) Private Limited. All jewellery is manufactured by Shree Taru Jewels Private Limited, a BIS-hallmarked gold jewellery manufacturer (hallmark under TARU).

2. Domestic Returns & Replacements (India)

We take great care to ensure that your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. Returns and replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product shipped (different from order).
  • Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery.
  • Transit damage, subject to verification.

You must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery by writing to support@siyaara.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos and/or unboxing video of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

2.1 Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene and customisation reasons, the following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable except in rare cases of manufacturing defect:

  • Personalised or engraved jewellery.
  • Made-to-order sizes or customised designs.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage or alteration by the customer.
  • Items returned without original invoice, authenticity card or packaging.

3. International Returns & Replacements

Due to high logistics and customs costs, returns on international orders are limited.

  • Return requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery with clear photos, unboxing video (if available) and invoice details.
  • Only unused items with original packaging, tags, certificates and invoice are eligible.
  • Personalised or engraved jewellery is non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
  • Return shipping charges, customs duties and any non-recoverable taxes will be borne by the customer.

3.1 Damaged or Incorrect International Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos and/or unboxing video
  • Clear description of the issue

We will assess the case and advise on replacement or partial refund options depending on logistics feasibility and customs rules for your country.

4. Reverse Pickup & Inspection

For approved return/replacement requests, Siyaara will arrange a secure reverse pickup through our jewellery logistics partner wherever serviceable. If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you may be requested to ship the product to our designated address using a reliable insured courier and share proof of dispatch.

All returned products go through a quality inspection. Replacement/Refund is initiated only after the product passes quality checks and is verified against the original order.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Domestic Refunds (India)

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 3–7 business days after QC approval.
  • COD orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer / UPI within 5–10 business days after QC approval.
  • Shipping fees, COD fees, insurance and applicable surcharges are non-refundable.

5.2 International Refunds

Refunds, where approved, will be processed after the product is received back in India and passes quality inspection. Converted currency fluctuations, bank fees and customs/tax components may not be refundable.

Return shipping charges, customs duties and any non-recoverable taxes will be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Domestic Orders (India)

  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before they move into manufacturing/engraving.
  • Once an order has been processed for manufacturing, casting, stone setting or engraving, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
  • If a ready-stock order is cancelled before shipping, any authorised refund will be processed within normal refund timelines.

6.2 International Orders

  • International orders cannot be cancelled once payment is captured and processing has begun.
  • Personalised, engraved or made-to-order pieces cannot be modified once production starts.
