This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on www.siyaara.com are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. About Siyaara

"Siyaara", "we", "our" or "us" refers to the jewellery brand operated by Bapna Digital Services (OPC) Private Limited. All jewellery is manufactured by Shree Taru Jewels Private Limited, a BIS-hallmarked gold jewellery manufacturer (hallmark under TARU).

2. Order Processing Timelines

  • Ready designs: dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Personalised / Engraved / Made-to-order designs: dispatched within 4–7 business days.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. You will receive order updates via email, SMS and/or WhatsApp once the order is confirmed and when it is shipped.

3. Shipping Partner & Method

All Siyaara orders are shipped via specialised secure jewellery logistics. Shipments are:

  • Packed in tamper-evident packaging.
  • Insured up to the applicable shipment value limit.
  • Delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.

4. Domestic Shipping (India)

4.1 Shipping Charges

The following charges apply to domestic shipments and already include Siyaara's logistics markup of 20% on base freight:

These charges may be updated from time to time based on logistics partner revisions, fuel prices and operational costs. The applicable charge will always be visible at checkout.

4.2 Delivery Timelines (Indicative)

  • Metros: 1–3 working days from dispatch.
  • Non-metro cities: 2–6 working days from dispatch.
  • Remote / ODA locations: 3–8 working days from dispatch.

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to local restrictions, festive load, weather disruptions and other factors beyond our control.

5. International Shipping

5.1 Availability

International shipping is available to select countries. Availability and shipping charges will be confirmed at checkout or by contacting our support team prior to placing the order.

5.2 Currency & Pricing

All prices on www.siyaara.com are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international transactions, your bank or payment provider may convert the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate along with applicable charges.

5.3 Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

Shipping charges for international orders depend on:

  • Destination country
  • Order value
  • Shipment weight and volume

Indicative delivery timelines: 7–21 business days depending on the country and customs clearance time. Exact estimate will be provided at checkout or via email.

5.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.

Customs policies vary widely; we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. Siyaara is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs processing in the destination country.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email, SMS and/or WhatsApp. You can click the link to track the real-time status of your shipment on the courier's portal.

For international orders, tracking may be limited after departure from India depending on the destination.

7. Delivery Attempts

The courier will usually make one free delivery attempt. If the consignee is unavailable or unreachable, additional attempts or address changes may attract extra charges which will need to be borne by the customer.
