1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.siyaara.com (“Site”) and the purchase of any products from Siyaara. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Brand and Legal Entity

Siyaara is a jewellery brand operated by Bapna Digital Services (OPC) Private Limited. All jewellery is manufactured by Shree Taru Jewels Private Limited, a BIS-hallmarked gold jewellery manufacturer (hallmark under TARU).

3. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Product Information

• We strive to display product colours, weights and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings or the handcrafted nature of jewellery.
• Product weights and dimensions may vary slightly within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
• All gold items are BIS-hallmarked and lab-grown diamonds are described to the best of our knowledge.

5. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the Site.
• Prices are subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in gold rates, diamond pricing, offers and other factors.
• The price applicable at the time of placing the order will be considered final.

6. Payment Terms

Payments may be made using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets or EMI options (where available) through authorised third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject it at our sole discretion.
• In case of pricing errors, stock issues, technical glitches or suspected fraud, we may cancel an order and process a refund if payment has been received.
• You may request cancellation of an order only before it enters the manufacturing or engraving process.
• Once an order has been processed for manufacturing, casting, stone setting or engraving, it cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping, delivery timelines and risk of loss are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk passes to you upon delivery at the shipping address provided.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy. Not all products are eligible for return; customised and engraved pieces are generally non-returnable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, product designs, layout and software, are the intellectual property of Siyaara and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

• For any unlawful purpose.
• To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws or local ordinances.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siyaara and its directors, officers, employees or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Siyaara, its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

15. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
